- The Site offers online shoppers from all over the world the opportunity to purchase a variety of products, and in addition, to access the data base of articles.

- Terms and conditions are written in the masculine for linguistic convenience only, but apply equally to men and women.
- By using the Site you accept these Conditions of Use. If you do not agree with all of these Conditions of Use, do not use the Site. Use of the Site is expressly conditioned upon your assent to all these Conditions of Use. You and/or anyone acting on your behalf will have not have any claims or demands against the owners of the site and/or its operators and/or anyone on their behalf, with the exception of claims related to a breach of agreement made by the owners of the site and/or the operations, according to the Conditions of Use set out in this document.

Shipping costs is $12 on all orders up to $35. Shipping costs are free on all orders from $35 delivered to your local post office.

If your country does not appear in the list of countries on the order form, please send us an email specifying the country you are interested in sending the package to and we will find a quick solution for the dispatch of your products anywhere in the world, by mail or EMS.
The site will take care of the supply of any product ordered by you from the site, to any address you enter in the order form, in any of the counties listed on the form, within the time specified on the order form.
The site will provide the products according to the terms of supply specified in the order form. The site is legally bound to supply orders which have been fully paid for by credit card, as stated below.
Times of supply for all products, as stated in the sales page, are calculated according to business working days only. (Sunday to Thursday, excluding Friday, Saturday, holidays and holiday eves.)
The set of rules of the Israel Post Authority will apply for the transport of all products ordered via the site, and is legally binding for all buyers.
In the case of strikes, abnormal weather, accidents, external forces beyond our control which are defined as “force majeure,” we cannot be responsible for the delay in the supply of the product or for their non-arrival. Naturally, we will do our best to insure the consignment’s safe arrival.
As a result of the security situation and terror threats all over the world, customs or security personnel may open your package for inspection.
Please note your order number on a sheet of paper, or print the emails which you received with the details of your order for the future verification of details should any problems arise.

Means of payment, invoices and receipts

Buyers or members of our Buyers club wishing to purchase goods online must own a valid email address.
A buyer using a Euro credit card will be charged in U.S. dollars. That is, the euro amount will be converted into dollars according to the daily representative rates of the card.
An invoice and receipt will be sent together with your purchase. In this invoice the amount of the purchase will be written in the currency used for the purchase, and also a conversion into Israeli shekels, for our books in Israel.
Credit Card Security and Privacy
Dead-sea-cosmetics-shop.com has invested great effort in securing information and protecting your privacy. Therefore we use the most advanced and secure technology in the world, the SSL protocol. All data entered passes through the secured communications system; the SSL protocol adapts the details and jumbles them into a meaningless string of symbols, numbers and letters during sending. For your information, while sending your personal information to our site, there is a lock at the bottom of the browser while opens and shuts. This lock shows that the encoded SSL process is taking place. If you press on the lock a window will open, showing the official security confirmation of the site.
The use of credit cards on the Site is protected and secured by the credit card companies, so that any misuse of your card (misuse= use by anyone not permitted by you) can cause no damage to the owner of the card. (That is, the transaction will not be approved or carried out.) Should this happen, the credit card company will return all monies in full, 30 days from the execution of the transaction.
Privacy- the company promises that the details of the buyer and/or user of the Site will be utilized by the Site for internal use only, and will not be transferred to any third party whatsoever.
The entries and data processes of the Site that have been entered by the user will be stored in the company’s computerized data base that will document all of the Site’s activity. This registration of data will serve as evidence of all the said above.
Limitation of Liability, quality-control, product quality and return policy
The Site will provide only usable, brand new products. All products have undergone strict inspection by the Israeli Ministry of Health, and have not been tested on animals.
The liability of the Site is solely limited to the price of the product to the customer.
The liability for the quality of the product lays with the manufacturer, Health and Beauty, according to international customer protection laws.
If you want to cancel a transaction, “Cancel Order” will be accepted only by your notification via email to customer-care@dead-sea-cosmetics-shop.com. The notification will include your personal details and the details of the order as they appeared in the email confirmation sent to you.
If your notification of cancellation is sent and received before the package is sent, we will cancel the order and credit your credit card for the full amount of the order, i.e., your monthly credit card account will show a charge and a credit by “Dead Sea Cosmetics Shop”.

Your account will be credited after it is returned to us, within 30 days after you its arrival at your address, under the condition that the products have been returned unused, untouched and undamaged and in their original packaging. You will see three (3) transactions in your monthly credit card account: the charge for the original purchase, the credit for the original purchase and the charge for the cancellation and shipping and handling charges, according to the method of shipping chosen
The Site will replace or return amount paid for any defective product, under the conditions of the following return policy:
Notification has been received by you, requesting the replacement or return for credit, via email to customer-care@dead-sea-cosmetics-shop.com. The notification will include your personal details and the details of the order as they appeared in the email confirmation sent to you.
The product has been returned within 30 days of its arrival to our address.
The product is returned unused or with minimal use until the defect was discovered. It must be returned intact and undamaged in its original package.

After the return conditions have been fulfilled by the customer and after the defective product is received, the replacement will be sent without extra charge, according to the procedure detailed in “Methods and timetables of shipment, supply and transport.”
If you wish to return/exchange a product for reasons other than a defect in the product, the conditions and instructions detailed in the above “Cancel Order” will apply.
The Site will be entitled to cancel an order under the following conditions:
In the case of a typographical error, in the price or the description of the product.
In the case of force majeure, acts of war, hostility or terror that prevent the continuation of sales, supply and dispatch in an orderly fashion.
If it becomes known to the Site that it is the customer’s intention to resell the product to a third party or to deal in trade with them.
If the product is out of stock (it will be possible to receive a replacement product of equal value.)
Club membership, Registration and Privacy (Protection of information privacy of the user.)
Registration to the Site is not required in order to use the Site or to buy products from the Site. However, registered members will receive discounts, free gifts and special deals that are only offered to members.
Registration is carried out by filling out the registration form to be found at the top of the home screen of the site, under “Members.” The button “New Member” will be found there.
To register you will be required to provide the following information: full name, address, telephone number, user name, password and email address club members are required to have a valid email address.) These data will be used in all of your transactions in the Site. However, because of added security regarding your credit card number, you will be asked to provide your credit card details with every transaction.

Registered members that are interested in correcting or updating the personal information supplied by them, are invited to do so by at any time by entering into My account and/or sending an email message to customer-care@dead-sea-cosmetics-shop.com, and the company will correct or erase, as it applicable, the personal information of the said members.

Intellectual property rights
All rights to the intellectual property, including copyrights, patent rights, trademarks and any other intellectual property, related to the Site, the information and the services are now and in the future the sole property of the company or of third parties by whom the company was licensed according to law. The user will not have any right to them. Anyone who violates these rights will be prosecuted to the full extent of international law.
Without infringing upon the said above, it is not allowed to publicly publish information or intellectual property, are any part thereof, either in print or by downloading and storing information on magnetic media or by any other method without the express consent of the company. DATA PROCESSING AGREEMENT
This Data Processing Agreement ("DPA") is formed between Dead Sea Cosmetics Shop and their users. This DPA is part of Dead Sea Cosmetics Shop Terms of Service Agreement ("TOS") and is incorporated by reference herein.
Definitions "Affiliate" means an entity that directly or indirectly Controls, is Controlled by, or is under common Control with an entity. "Controller" means the natural or legal person, public authority, agency, or any other body which alone or jointly with others determines the purposes and means of the Processing of personal data. "Customer Data" means any Personal Data that Dead Sea Cosmetics Shop Processes on behalf of the Customer as a Data Processor in the course of providing its Services. "Data Breach" means any unauthorized or unlawful breach of security that leads to the accidental or unlawful destruction, damage, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure of, or access to, personal data transmitted, stored, or otherwise Processed. "Data Protection Laws" means all data protection and privacy "EEA" means, for the purposes of this DPA, the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland. "GDPR" means the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the Processing of Personal Data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation). "Personal Data" means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. "Privacy Shield" means the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework and SwissU.S. Privacy Shield Framework self-certification program operated by the U.S. Department of Commerce and approved by the European Commission pursuant to Decision C(2016)4176 of July 12, 2016, and by the Swiss Federal Council on January 11, 2017. "Process," "Processed," "Processes," and "Processing" means any operation or set of operations which is performed upon Personal Data, whether or not by automatic means, such as collection, recording, organization, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, blocking, erasure or destruction. "Processor" means a natural or legal person, public authority, agency, or any other body which Processes Personal Data on behalf of the controller. "Services" means any product or service provided by Dead Sea Cosmetics Shop pursuant to Dead Sea Cosmetics Shop Terms of Service Agreement ("TOS"). "Subprocessor" means any third-party Processor engaged by Dead Sea Cosmetics Shop. "TOS" means Dead Sea Cosmetics Shop Terms of Service Agreement which governs the provision of Services to Customer. 2. Applicability of this DPA a. This DPA applies to EU/EEA Customers Processing personal data on behalf of EU/EEA Data Subjects. 3. Roles of Parties a. Customer is the Controller, Dead Sea Cosmetics Shop is the Processor, and Dead Sea Cosmetics Shop engages Subprocessors according to the terms of this DPA. 4. Customer's Processing of Personal Data a. Customer is responsible for the control of Personal Data and will remain the Controller for purposes of Dead Sea Cosmetics Shop Services, the TOS, and DPA. Customer is responsible for complying with its obligations as Controller, in particular for justification of any transmission of Personal Data to Dead Sea Cosmetics Shop (including providing any required notices and obtaining any required consents), and for its decisions and actions concerning the Processing and use of Customer Data. b. Except as provided in this DPA, Customer is responsible for its secure use of the Services, including securing its account authentication credentials, protecting the security of Customer Data when in transit to and from the Services, and taking all appropriate steps to securely encrypt and/or backup all Customer Data uploaded to the Services. 5. Dead Sea Cosmetics Shop Processing of Personal Data a. Dead Sea Cosmetics Shop shall Process Customer Data only for Data and Processing outside the scope of these instructions shall require prior written agreement by Dead Sea Cosmetics Shop and Customer. 6. Details of Dead Sea Cosmetics Shop Data Processing a. Nature and Purpose of Processing: Dead Sea Cosmetics Shop will Process Customer Data as necessary to perform the Services and Dead Sea Cosmetics Shop obligations under the TOS and DPA or as otherwise agreed in writing by Dead Sea Cosmetics Shop and Customer. b. Subject Matter of Processing: The subject matter of the Processing under this DPA is the Customer Data. c. Duration of Processing: Dead Sea Cosmetics Shop will Process Customer Data for the duration of the TOS unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by Dead Sea Cosmetics Shop and Customer. d. Categories of Data Subjects: I. Any individual accessing and/or using the Services through the Customer's account ("Users"); and II. Any individual whose email address is included in the Customer's distribution list; whose information is stored on or collected via the Services; or to whom Users send emails or otherwise engage or communicate with via the Services (collectively, "Subscribers"). e. Types of Customer Data: I. Customers, Users, and Subscribers: identification and contact data (name, date of birth, gender, address, title, contact details, username, or other demographic information); financial information (credit card details, account details, payment information); employment details (employer, job title, geographic location, area of responsibility), IT information (IP address, usage data, cookies data, online navigation data, location data, browser data, access device information); personal interests or preferences (purchase history, marketing preferences, website preferences, publicly available social media profile information). f. Customer agrees that in connection with the performance of the Services, Dead Sea Cosmetics Shop employs the use of cookies, unique identifiers, web beacons, and similar tracking technologies. Customer shall maintain notice, consent, opt-in and opt-out mechanisms as required by Privacy Shield and Data Protection Laws to enable Dead Sea Cosmetics Shop to employ tracking technologies lawfully on, and collect data from, the devices of Subscribers in accordance with and as described in the Dead Sea Cosmetics Shop Cookie Policy. g. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the TOS and DPA, Customer agrees that Dead Sea Cosmetics Shop shall have the right to use and disclose data relating to the operation, support, and/or use of the Services for its legitimate business purposes, such as billing, account management, technical support, product development, and sales and marketing. To the extent that any such data is considered Personal Data under Privacy Shield and Data Protection Laws, Dead Sea Cosmetics Shop is the Controller of such data and accordingly shall Process such data in accordance with Dead Sea Cosmetics Shop Privacy Policy, Privacy Shield, and Data Protection Laws. 7. Data Subject Requests a. Dead Sea Cosmetics Shop Services provide Customer with controls to retrieve, correct, delete, or restrict Customer Data, which Customer may use in connection with its obligations under Data Protection Laws, including responding to requests from data protection authorities or Data Subjects. Requests from Data Subjects may include the Data Subject's right of access, right to rectification, restriction from Processing, erasure ("right to be forgotten"), data portability, and object to the Processing. To the extent that Customer is unable to independently access the relevant Customer Data within the Services, Dead Sea Cosmetics Shop will, at Customer's expense, provide reasonable assistance to help Customer respond to requests from Data Subjects or data protection authorities relating to the Processing of Personal Data under the DPA. In the event any request is made directly to Dead Sea Cosmetics Shop, Dead Sea Cosmetics Shop will not respond to the request directly without Customer's prior authorization, unless legally compelled to do so. If Dead Sea Cosmetics Shop is required to respond to a request, Dead Sea Cosmetics Shop will promptly notify Customer and provide it with a copy of the request unless legally prohibited from doing so. b. If a law enforcement agency sends Dead Sea Cosmetics Shop a demand for Customer Data for example, through a subpoena or court order, Dead Sea Cosmetics Shop will attempt to redirect the law enforcement agency to request that data directly from Customer. As part of this effort, Dead Sea Cosmetics Shop may provide Customer's basic contact information to the law enforcement agency. If compelled to disclose Customer Data to a law enforcement agency, Dead Sea Cosmetics Shop will give Customer reasonable notice of the demand to allow Customer to seek a protective order or other appropriate remedy unless Dead Sea Cosmetics Shop is legally prohibited from doing so. c. To the extent Dead Sea Cosmetics Shop is required by law, Dead Sea Cosmetics Shop will, at Customer's expense, provide reasonably requested information regarding the Services to enable Customer to carry out data protection impact assessments or prior consultations with data protection authorities as required by Data Protection Laws. 8. Subprocessors a. Customer agrees that Dead Sea Cosmetics Shop may engage Subprocessors to Process Customer Data on Customer's behalf in connection with Dead Sea Cosmetics Shop provision of its Services. b. Dead Sea Cosmetics Shop shall enter into an agreement with Subprocessors imposing data protection obligations that require Subprocessors to protect Customer Data to the standard required by Privacy Shield and Data Protection Laws. c. Dead Sea Cosmetics Shop is responsible for its compliance with this DPA and for any acts or omissions of its Subprocessors that cause Dead Sea Cosmetics Shop to breach any of its obligations under this DPA. d. Customer may request that Dead Sea Cosmetics Shop provide information related to Subprocessors' implementation of the data protection obligations required by Privacy Shield and Data Protection Laws, including relevant terms of Dead Sea Cosmetics Shop agreement with Subprocessors. If the agreement contains confidential information, Dead Sea Cosmetics Shop may provide a redacted version. 9. Changes to Subprocessors a. Dead Sea Cosmetics Shop maintains a list of Subprocessors that Process Personal Data of its Customers and will provide a copy of that list to Customer upon request. If Customer has requested a list of Dead Sea Cosmetics Shop Subprocessors, Dead Sea Cosmetics Shop will notify Customer via email if it adds Subprocessors at least ten (10) days prior to any such changes. b. Customer may object in writing to Dead Sea Cosmetics Shop addition of a new Subprocessor within five (5) business days of such notice, provided that such objection is based on reasonable grounds relating to Data Protection Laws. In such event, Dead Sea Cosmetics Shop and Customer shall discuss such concerns in a good faith effort to achieve resolution. If resolution is impossible, Customer may terminate the TOS by providing written notice to Dead Sea Cosmetics Shop. Dead Sea Cosmetics Shop will return any prepaid but unused Customer fees for the period following the effective date of termination. 10. Dead Sea Cosmetics Shop Personnel a. Dead Sea Cosmetics Shop shall ensure that any person authorized to Process Personal Data is informed of the confidential nature of Personal Data and has executed written confidentiality agreements. 11. Return or Deletion of Customer Data a. Upon termination or expiration of the TOS, Dead Sea Cosmetics Shop shall, at Customer's request, delete or return to Customer all Customer Data in its possession or control except: I. Customer Data that Dead Sea Cosmetics Shop is required by law to retain; and II. Customer Data archived on back-up systems which Dead Sea Cosmetics Shop will securely isolate and protect from any further Processing, except to the extent required by law. b. Customer is responsible for any costs arising from the return or deletion of Customer Data after the termination or expiration of the TOS. 12. Security a. Dead Sea Cosmetics Shop shall maintain appropriate technical and organizational measures for protection of the security (including protection against unauthorized or unlawful Processing and against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss or alteration or damage, unauthorized disclosure of, or access to, Customer Data), confidentiality, and integrity of Customer Data. Dead Sea Cosmetics Shop regularly monitors compliance with these measures. Dead Sea Cosmetics Shop Security Policy will be updated from time to time in accordance with this DPA. b. Customer agrees it is responsible for reviewing the information made available by Dead Sea Cosmetics Shop relating to its data security and making an independent determination as to whether the Services meet Customer's requirements and legal obligations under Privacy Shield and/or Data Protection Laws. c. Upon Customer's written request not more than once per year, and subject to the confidentiality obligations set forth in the TOS and DPA, Dead Sea Cosmetics Shop shall make available to Customer that is not a competitor of Dead Sea Cosmetics Shop, information necessary to confirm Dead Sea Cosmetics Shop compliance with its Security Policy and this DPA. 13. Data Breach Response a. Upon becoming aware of a Data Breach, Dead Sea Cosmetics Shop will notify Customer without undue delay and provide timely information relating to the Data Breach as it becomes known or as is reasonably requested by Customer. The obligations herein shall not apply to incidents that are caused by Customer or Customer's Users. 14. International Transfers a. If Dead Sea Cosmetics Shop Processes any Customer Data protected by Data Protection Laws under the TOS and DPA and/or that originates from the EEA, in a country that has not been designated by the European Commission, or Swiss Federal Data Protection Authority (as applicable) as providing an adequate level of protection for Personal Data, the parties agree that Dead Sea Cosmetics Shop shall be deemed to provide adequate protection (within the meaning of GDPR) for any such Customer Data by having self-certified its compliance with Privacy Shield. b. The parties agree that the international data transfer solution identified in Section 13(a) shall not apply if and to the extent that Dead Sea Cosmetics Shop adopts an alternative data export solution for the lawful transfer of Personal Data (as recognized by GDPR) outside of the EEA, in which event, the alternative data export solution shall apply instead, but only to the extent that the alternative data export solutions extends to the regions to which Personal Data is transferred. 15. Miscellaneous a. Dead Sea Cosmetics Shop and Customer agree that this DPA replaces any existing DPA the parties may have previously entered into in connection with the Services. b. Except for the changes made by this DPA, the TOS remains unchanged and in full force and effect. If there is any conflict between this DPA and the TOS, the relevant terms of this DPA take precedence. c. Any claims brought under or in connection with this DPA are subject to the terms and conditions, including but not limited to, the exclusions and limitations set forth in the TOS. d. No one other than a party to this DPA, its successors, and permitted assignees have any right to enforce any of its terms. e. Any claims against Dead Sea Cosmetics Shop or its Affiliates under this DPA shall be brought solely against the entity that is a party to the DPA. In no event shall any party limit its liability with respect to any individual's data protection rights under this DPA or otherwise. Customer further agrees that any regulatory penalties incurred by Dead Sea Cosmetics Shop in relation to the Customer Data that arise as a result of, or in connection with, Customer's failure to comply with its obligations under this DPA or any applicable Data Protection Laws shall count toward and reduce Dead Sea Cosmetics Shop liability under the DPA as if it were liability to the Customer under the DPA. f. This DPA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with governing law and jurisdiction provisions in the TOS, unless required otherwise by applicable Data Protection Laws.
