Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

Registered airmail:
Free shipping worldwide on all orders from $45 (shipping cost on order up to $45 = $18)
Shipping are delivered to address.
Approximate arrival time: 14-28 working days.
US delivery time: 10-20 working days
Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

Notice: Any import duties, taxes or fees are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer. 

Notice: If you choose express shipping, please remember to leave your contact number, this is required for express shipping.

Notice: If you choose the free shipping option, your parcel will be directly delivered to your local post office. We will inform you immediately once it arrives. Please take your tracking number and your personal ID to collect your items.

 

Return Policy

  • In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your product, you may return them to us and avail of either a replacement OR a refund (shipping costs NOT included).
  • The Site will replace or return amount paid for any defective product, under the conditions of the following return policy:
    • Notification has been received by you, requesting the replacement or return for credit, via email to customer-care@dead-sea-cosmetics-shop.com. The notification will include your personal details and the details of the order as they appeared in the email confirmation sent to you.
    • The product has been returned within 30 days of its arrival to our address.
    • The product is returned unused or with minimal use until the defect was discovered. It must be returned intact and undamaged in its original package
